Gisteren liep één van de belangrijkste gastronomische festivals in Latijns-Amerika, Mistura in Lima, Peru, ten einde. Gedurende tien dagen kwamen kleine landbouwers, koks, bakkers, restaurants, koksscholen en tafelgenoten gezellig samen.
